Geisinger Fresh Food Farmacy
Geisinger’s innovative disease management program, the Fresh Food Farmacy, combines education, support, and access to healthy foods to improve health and reduce healthcare costs. Join the ESU Department of Health Studies and Pocono Mountains Hunger Coalition to learn more about food as medicine from the Fresh Food Farmacy staff. Then, join in the conversation about how our community can begin its journey with fresh food as medicine. This program has been submitted to the Commission on Dietetic Registration for 1.0 credit of Continuing Professional Education for RDNs.
